• Dear Soon-to-be GUTF Senior Facilitator,

Before you agree to become a senior facilitator of a supportive group chat, we’d like to tell you more about the new role you’re taking on.

Please carefully read through each item. By putting your name and signature, you agree and commit to upholding everything stated in this contract. Senior Facilitators are invited into groups to encourage conversation and help other facilitators in the best and most meaningful way. Senior Facilitators earn a monthly stipend of $60 and an additional 2 hrs of community service, in addition to the hours of community service earned as a facilitator of their group.

As a Senior Facilitator, you are expected to abide by the standard facilitator rules and honor the same agreements. Please make sure to read the Give Us The Floor community rules again before signing this form. If you are helping a facilitator, you will be responsible for motivating the current facilitator in their groups and helping to keep them accountable. Senior facilitators are also responsible for monitoring groups to ensure that rules are not being broken and to notify the Give Us The Floor team of any potential safety issues.

As a Senior Facilitator, you will be paid a monthly stipend of $60 if you are following through and demonstrate the behavior, leadership, and commitments that are expected of you.

    Deductions and Termination
We divide the total monthly amount of community service hours and stipend by the required tasks and duties and will deduct for missed tasks or tardiness to promote professionalism and accountability.

If you are not following through or demonstrating the behavior, leadership, and/or commitment that’s expected of you, Give Us The Floor reserves the right to terminate your role at any time, with 24 hours notice.

    1. Senior Facilitators and their guardians (If Senior Facilitator is under 18) are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations.
